How can I edit and sign documents?

Just upload a document and click on "Edit / Sign". That way, you can fill out and sign documents, without using a printer or scanner.

What does the 30-day trial mean?

If you change your mind within 30 days, we won't charge you.

What happens if I use more pages than listed?

If you use more pages than the monthly amount, we only charge 10 cents per page.

Are there any setup fees?

Nope! That'd be absurd. We never charge setup or cancelation fees.

Is there a contract?

No contract. Pay month to month. Stay as long as you'd like.

What if I'd like to cancel?

It's easy. You don't even have to call us. You just click "Cancel subscription" on the My Account page.

What's a signed email?

It's when you sign a document and put in an email address, instead of a fax number. Then, we deliver the document via email for you. Many people use that option to go paperless.

What's a signature request?

With signature requests, you can have other people sign documents in the browser. Instead of taking days for someone to sign a document, you can get it back in minutes.
